Delicious rice pancakes with strawberries
- 500 ml milk (may be vegetable milk)
- 300 g rice flour
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- coconut oil for frying

Heat the coconut oil in a pan and fry a large pancakes from the prepared dough. Fry the pancakes on low heat for about 2 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream, strawberries and mint.
