Ingredients: chickpeas 66%, cornmeal, amaranth grain, rice, salt, dried garlic, dried onion, mix of spice (coriander, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and pepper).

Falafel is a pure vegetarian food. It come from Egypt. Fried balls are possible to served, for example, with a yoghurt dip, or in pita bread.

Preparation instructions: 

 Mix 250g of the mixture with 300ml of water and 2 teaspoons of oil thoroughly. Leave to stand for about 5 minutes. Then make the balls and bake them in the fryer at 190 - 200 ° C until they are golden brown.

Serving tip:  

you can serve the balls as a main dish with a yoghurt dip, or as a side dish.
