Preparation instructions: 

Mix thoroughly 250 g of the mixture with 520 ml of warm milk and 1 egg. Leave the dough aside for 15 minutes. If it is thick add water. Make pancakes and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Use only a small amount of fat for frying. 

Serving tip: 

Serve the pancakes as a side dish to meat or vegetables. The dough can be flavored with fresh garlic or white pepper. It is possible to coat the meat or vegetable with the mixture and then fry.
