Organic buckwheat slices Crispins are a great choice for snacks for trips or for car rides. They contain high fiber and low fat. You can try them, for example, with chickpea spread from tuna.

Serving tip: Chickpea spread from tuna

  • 100g chickpea instant flour (or grind canned chickpeas)
  • 200g canned tuna
  • 100g vegetable butter
  • 250ml water
  • finel chopped small leek
  • Whole-fat mustard to flavor
  • a pinch of salt and pepper, lemon juice


Pour the chickpea flour over with boiled water and stir. Add tuna (including brine), leek, part of butter, mustard, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Cool in the fridge, add the rest of the butter and whip it into a cream. Enjoy the taste with buckwheat crispy slices.
