Thai chickpea noodles

Chickpea noodles

  • 250 g Crispins mixture of chickpea patties
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • curry spice, ground ginger

Thai mixture

  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 100 g onion
  • 150 g red pepper
  • 100 g leek
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1 egg
  • 30 g potato starch
  • Salt, turmeric, paprika, chili spice
  • sweet chili sauce
  • lime or lemon juice

Let´s show you how:

Beat the eggs with hot milk and curry and ground ginger. Add Crispins mixture of chickpea patties and the dough let 15 minutes to rest.

Cut turkey meat into even pieces and mix well with egg, salt, potato starch and spices. Cut the onion into marigolds, the pepper into small triangles, leeks for equally long noodles.

Fry the patties from the dough with a small amount of oil. If the dough is too thick, add milk or water. Cut evenly noodles from the cooled patties.

Fry the seasoned meat in a pan in hot oil. When it´s almost done, add the leeks, after a while the pepper and when the vegetables are fried, pour all over a mixture of coconut milk, lemon juice and sweet chili sauce. Allow the mixture
