CUTLETS IN CORN BREADCRUMBS
Cutlets in corn breadcrumbs
Required raw materials:
- 500 g pork leg
- 100 g chickpea flour
- 200 ml water
- corn breadcrumbs for wrapping
- salt, pepper
Let´s show you how:
Cut the meat into slices, place on a cutting board and tap on both sides. Then salt and pepper on both sides.
In one deep plate, mix the chickpea flour with water until the lumps dissolve. Put breadcrumbs in the second plate for wrapping. First wrap the slices of meat on both sides in a plate with chickpea mixture and then wrap on both sides in corn breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets wrapped in this way in properly heated fat (approx. 160 to 180°C), because if the fat was cooler, the packaging would soak it up unnecessarily. Fry until golden brown for about 8 minutes.
You can serve it with boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, or potato salad, or just with pastry.
