Vegameat with bolognese sauce


Ingredients:

4 serving

  • 250 ml of warm water (for soaking the granule)
  • 1 grated carot
  • 50 g of grated celery
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 200 g of tomato puree
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 onion
  • salt, pepper, thyme, oregano


Let's show you how: 

Pour 75 ml of vegetarian minced meat over 250 ml  water and cook for 5 minutes. Then strain and process as raw ground beef. TIP: If you want to have a "meat" finer, pour 300 ml of vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes. Enough for 4 servings.
