On the falafel:

Yogurt dip:

  • 125 g white white yogurt of the Greek type
  • lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper

For serving: arugula, olive oil

Let´s show you how:

First we prepare a recipe for hummus. Pour 50g of the hummus mixture into a mixer. Add 200 ml of cold water. Then add tahini paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

Next we will prepare a falafel. Put 100 g of the falafel mixture in a bowl. Add 150 ml of cold water and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix and let rest for at least 5 minutes. Then we form balls from the resulting mixture. Fry in a fryer at 190 ° C or in a hot pan until golden.

For yogurt dip, mix yogurt, pressed clove of garlic and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

To serve, mix the arugula with olive oil and place on a plate. Add falafel. Serve with hummus and yogurt dip.
