Zucchini pudding

Required raw materials:

  • 400 g zucchini
  • 100 ml oil
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 150 g buckwheat flour
  • 150 g hard cheese (Gouda)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 of gluten-free baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, pepper to taste


Let's show you how: 

grate the zucchini, add crushed garlic, grated cheese, whole eggs and oil,salt and pepper  finally, mix the flour with the baking powder and, if necessary, dilute it a little with water. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (or in silicone form without paper) at 180 ° C / hot air (30 to 40 minutes) - until golden.
