  • 100g buckwheat flour 
  • 400ml milk
  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt 

Let's show you how: 

Mix all the ingredients together and let the finished dough rest for about 30 minutes. Bake pancakes on both sides in a preheated frying pan, which is lightly rubbed with oil. Finally, we fill them according to taste with spinach, rocket, turkey meat and cheese.
