Czech Christmas wasp nests 

Everyone in the Czech Republic loves typical no bake Christmas sweets for Christmas - wasp nests. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 

• 80g corn breadcrumbs with chips
• 30g icing sugar
• 30g ground almonds
• 100g butter
• cocoa and rum to taste
  Filling:
  

• Butter
• icing sugar
• rum
• Salko 1 dcl
• gluten-free biscuits (baby biscuits)
• wasp nest molds

Let´s show you how:

Mix the corn crumb with chips gently in a blender. Then add the remaining ingredients and make a firmer dough, which is left to rest in the cold for about an hour. Prepare the filling by mixing butter and sugar, then add about 2 tablespoons of rum and Salko. Shape the dough into small balls coated in icing sugar, then place it in a wasp´s nest form. Create a hole in the middle and fill it with filling. Put the baby biscuit on top and flip the whole nest out of the mold. And you´re done.
