Chickpea patties with zucchini  

Required raw materials: 

  • 1 pack of Crispins Chickpea patties 
  • 520 ml warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 smaller zucchini
  • 200 g diced bacon
  • garlic 


Mix the contents of the Crispins bag with 520 ml of warm milk, add 1 whole egg, washed grated zucchini and bacon, mix well. Leave the dough to rest for about 15 minutes and, after thickening, dilute with water. If you like garlic, feel free to add 3 cloves of garlic. In a pan, use a ladle to form patties from the dough and then fry them over low heat until golden on both sides in a small amount of fat. Serve alone or as a side dish to meat or vegetable mixes.
