Mix thoroughly 250g of the mixture with 400 ml of warm milk and 1 egg. Leave the dough aside for 15 - 20 minutes. If it is thick add water. Finely stir after rising. Make pancakes and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Use only a small amount of fat for frying.
