instructions:
Mix hummus mixture with 600 ml of cold water to get smooth paste, add 60 g of sesame paste (4 spoons) and mix again. Add salt and lemon juice, chilli peppers etc. for flavour. Put it in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil. Pick up the hummus with a crispy slice, stick, or chopped vegetables.
Serving TIP:
